Rearrangement of Youth Hall

I came to NLC to rearrange our youth hall today.
Drums are moved onto the stage,
and all the stereos are stacked at the back neatly.
So now, the whole worship team can stand on the stage.
Pastor can preach on the space in front next time
to have more interaction with us.
Chairs are arranged into two arcs facing the centre instead of three blocks.
It looks like... wings like eagles... if you could imagine.

After all when I tended to go back and stepped out the hall,
I found it was raining heavily outside,
having no choice but stay to see if the rain stops.
I was quite worried for some seconds,
then I thought of word of God,
"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."(1 Peter 5:7)
I calmed down, standing beside a window, and prayed to God in silence.
Surprisingly, when I refocused my eye sight back to the scene outside,
the rain has stopped.
Isn't it amazing that a heavy rain stops in seconds?
It is true that God hears our prayers.

  1. Hello! I found your blog when I was googling.

People from all religion pray and after that some of the prayers happen and some do not.. so does that mean that the Creator of the universe answers prayers from people of all religions?

I want to recommend you the website www.netzarim.co.il ; it contains teachings of what Ribi Yehoshua (the Messiah) from Nazareth taught about prayer.

    All the best, Anders

  2. It's a surprise to me when I saw this comment from you Anders, a friend I have not known.

Firstly I would say that I have little knowledge about Judaism.
However I know from Christianity concept, the Creator of the universe, God, who listens to prayers from His people, but surely it is all of His authority to allow or forbid things happening.
He does not need to answer prayers from people that does not believe in Him, simply because those people are not praying to the true trinity God. Imagine one call a friend however using wrong phone number, how could he get his friend to response him? That's my thoughts about praying.

I could not explain more clearly as English is a foreign language to me. I have little knowledge in Jewish Culture which discourage me reading from your blog. But I hope you examine Jesus Christ from text of Bible, so that you could see the fulfillment of Christ in Christianity.
